Sprint One through LetsTalk (HTC)

This sucks. Is anyone else having issues checking their order status? Now when I click the link in the original email it takes me to the customer care page and I can't find anything after entering my information regarding my status.

I am having the same problem with my order seemingly gone. Well have to wait to call them since they are closed.

Mine appears to do the same. I cannot see my order status either. Last night it did say that it would ship Friday and be delivered Monday. This sucks, I wish I did not pre-order.

Yea, their order system is f-ed up, I guess. At least it's not just me. I hope those idiots didn't mass cancel a bunch of people on accident yesterday.
 
Well mine now says shipping April 22nd, even tho I pre-ordered the day it hit! and delivery by friday?!? I have overnight shipping WTF>
 
Last status I had was "waiting for fulfillment" so I called this morning since I couldnt get the status online and they said that everything was still on track for next day delivery (in my case, Monday).
 
Mine is now showing a shipping date of Mon and delivery of Tue. It's currently in the "carrier activation" status. I can only hope that doesn't mean my current phone will become inactive.

Between that and having to wait half a week to get my hands on it, I can't say I'll be looking into HTC or LetTalk again for pre-orders, seeing as how the purpose has successfully been defeated by them. To add insult to injury, the free flip case, which was the whole reason I gave them my business, has been receiving TERRIBLE reviews, most notably muffling phone calls and canceling noise cancellation. On top of that, their stock of the cases may have been depleted (we'll just have to wait and see on that one).

Well guys, we've been waiting since March. What's another week? :-(
On the bright side, at least we don't have it as bad as what I've read of those who pre-ordered the developer edition.
 
Congratulations to those of you that have received a tracking number! I just got off the phone and the lady I talked to (Ebony) could give me no information as to when my phone would ship, what the issue with the website is, nothing! It will be the last time I pre-order through them since this has been a comedy from the get go.
 
Still no update. Still can't check online. If I can find Inca store tomorrow, I'm canceling this order. This has been nuts.

Well, here's some good news for me that I hope applies to everyone else. Just got an email stating a delivery date of Sat Apr 20th at noon. Checked UPS and it indeed matches up. Looks like I've got something to look forward to tomorrow. :-)
 
On Wednesday my status was that the phone was shipping Friday and be delivered on Monday. However I just received this email..

"Dear HTC USA Online Store Customer,

We are currently in the process of activating your phone(s). As of today, we are still waiting for your new service provider to confirm the activation and your cell phone #(s). *We apologize that this is taking longer than expected.

Once activated, your order will be billed and shipped out immediately. *You will receive a shipment confirmation at that time, with the shipment tracking number.

Just got off the phone with letstalk and it might ship Monday or Tuesday. I can walk into sprint and pick one up today but without the free case I probably won't use anyway. Decisions decisions

Well, I dunno what makes me special, but my phone arrived at noon today, and I must say... Incredible. Speakers are everything everyone says they are... Incredible. You guys have something truly awesome to look forward to this coming week.
