Sprint S6 egde OnCircle NOT working??

I notice that my OnCircle feature doesnt work. It is turned ON and so is advanced messaging. But the frature still doesn't work?! Any ideas as of why? Any help is welcome...as pong as you don't ask if it or advanced msgs are turned on! TY

I have T-Mobile and it doesn't work on my device either, you wont find much about it online. Don't bother calling Samsung as they aren't any help either. I dont know if you have to do it with another person who has the same phone on the same network or what but all I know is that it doesn't work.
