Sprint service, Galaxy Note 4 - People I call suddenly can't hear me

I have Sprint service, I had an S4 and now I have a Galaxy Note 4. With both phones, no matter where in the city I am, when I call people or receive calls - after a few minutes of speaking, the person on the other end can't hear me. I can hear them, and I'm yelling into the phone, and they can't hear me. It only happens after I've been talking for a few minutes. Any suggestions?

I would call Sprint. Because it happened with both phones it has to be Sprint's service.
