You need a different Sim card. The Sim from the old pixel XL won't work on sprint. You need a BYOD sim kit from Sprint or LTEGSM 4FF REM ISIM V2 talk to customer service, or go to a sprint corporate store and ask for one of those.

I had to talk to them with mine. I think they have to *whitelist* it for BYOD. It only takes a matter of minutes.

I had to return my pixel XL 2 and I just got my new one and inserted the Sim that was working fine in the old pixel XL 2 into my new pixel XL 2 and now I can't configure the network. Any suggestions?

Sprint properly needs to configure the Sim to the new IMEI number in their system
