sprint viper 4g light blue fastboot screen please help!

hi i have know idea whats wrong with my phone i went to do a hard reset and this blue screen came up saying enter the fastboot long time no see how can i fix this problem

Welcome to Android Central! Any reason why you did a hard reset in the first place? Was the phone malfunctioning?
