I am due for an upgrade. I an either going to get the evo lte our the samsung galaxy s3. I don't want to wait. I have heard that there is a 14 day return policy. Can I just try out the evo and return it if I like the s3 better? Are there any catches?

You have to keep your box/packing materials or there may be a restocking fee. You will have to pay for two activation charges. You are responsible for any purchases you make. Other than that, no.
