Spriunt Gnote 2 only charges in Download Mode

If I plug in on any other times, twrp or the OS, it immediately reboots. Does not matter between stock or Carbon rom.

BUT

When I plug it into a pc while it's in download mode, it charges.

Very good question. That is backwards. This might not do anything, but have you cleared cache in recovery?

Yes I have. I don't even think it's charging at all really. When I manage to bring it to life it sits at the Samsung Note II screen.
