Stagefright

I rooted the triumph with gingerbreak and installed bladebuddy app and i'm pretty sure it comes stock with stagefright enabled. i turned it off and only got high 1100's on the quadrant.

LOL...high 1100's?! I pulled a 1734 on quadrant right out of the box! I think something you did made it worse lmao

That's the point i was trying to make...stagefright cheats the quadrant scores. They talk about it in all of the CM7 roms for the OV. Don't get me wrong, this is a pretty impressive phone. But why did it come out of the box with stagefright enabled?

yea. try it out if you're rooted.go to market and find blade buddy, go to advanced settings, turn off everything with stagefright beside it, press menu button, and save & reboot. i think it's skipping some of the CPU tests because i noticed the test went slower with stagefright off.

Or you could just read the build.prop
