I have no service or 3g, however my 4g is up and running. Still no calls. How is that possible? I am freakin pissed.

I just tried calling someone , nothing. Then I dialed 911 and magically I got my texts and was briefly able to make a call then no service again it was full bars for that second. I have a ways to go on contract, but oh am I shopping around for a new provider

Austin is scheduled for an early second-round network upgrade. Probably Q4.

Prison isn't any fun. Texas prisons are worse.

Did you contact Sprint to let them know about your issues or did just post in here? Posting in here isn't going to help them resolve anything.

Considering that SXSW is going on in Austin right now, I'd guess that the system is just overloaded. The other carriers might be having some issues also - unless they overbuild their systems to be able to handle this yearly event.

Its called I needed to make a call right that second. I didnt have time, at work, to call sprint. And obviously I didn't just dial 911 and let it get to an operator. Come on people dont act like this is the first customer complaint/soundoff post in here. its real world customer experience. And I was pissed.
