When I get my first Note 8 back from repair I'll keep it for a while and get into a few things including making themes, Star Wars will be the first one

FYI the "Note Buddy" app will allow you to configure custom sounds that occur when you withdraw or insert the stylus. You guessed it, when I withdraw the stylus it triggers the light saber on sound and when I insert the stylus back into the phone it emits the light saber off sound. A little something for my inner child.

yes like the removal of the
S pen, I have it configured to sound like a Light saber powering on.
Bring on the Jedi.

it started to constantly give a notification of moisture in the charging port so would have to turn it off and plug in the cable while rebooting to get it to charge, it's a known fault on s8 and s8+ as well.
it wouldn't recognise the DeX station either.
I decided to get it repaired under warranty and bought another note 8 for 399 using my upgrade discount instead of keeping it to use on note 9 next year

That's what I was hoping for.
But A Dark Vader version of the note 8. That would be awesome.
Thanks, right now the lightsabers powering on, is my S pens sound when removing and placing it back. Sounds awesome.
I have a bunch of ideals. When my son drives home Monday from college, we'll do it up nice. Then post pics.

No first one was the black, second one I accidentally ordered maple gold and didn't bother to try and change the order to avoid delaying it, first I didn't really like the gold but it has really grown on me, got the black one back from Samsung yesterday and now I can't decide which one to keep

Yeah I know decisions, decisions right?
They really do need to release all the colors at once. I'll probably always get the black, but my wife she has black now, but she really would like to have had the opportunity to get the blue. But she's happy long as the phones working, that's most important to her.
