Static screen for S5

Hey everyone! I dropped my S5 today and it made a really bad sound. Now I keep getting a static screen whenever I turn the phone on or play videos.

I researched a bit and people said it might be the cable that might have been disconnected. So I tried to push down under the health sensor for a few minutes at a time and also started shaking the phone a bit. However that didn't solve the solution. I took my SIM card out and everything works perfectly. I need my phone to work as a phone! What do I do to fix this issue?

Welcome to Android Central! Either bring it to a repair shop or check out the various DIY videos on YouTube on how to open up your phone and check the connections. Unless you're pretty handy with tech, I'd recommend the repair shop route, since tinkering with the phone yourself might end up causing more damage.
