Now that my employer does not require BBerry Enterprise on email - I'm going to swap my BBerry Bold with my wife's captivate and save $45/mo from my local bundle - however, I am trying to perform a backup of the Captivate (never been done) and I have learned that there are some challenges. How come so complicated? No disc came with the phone and Samsung's and AT&T's web sites are worthless on giving you instructions on downloading replacement software. So here goes!
