Status 7 ICS Update

ICS Update fails in a Status 7
any help? I can get the mod to run if I could get past this.

Ok, how do I fix it, I've downloaded it from the sources and it won't install even the phone downloaded it and it wouldn't install.

First off all u have to get a script so use one that works..or go thru it and find any errors
