Steady charger vs quick charger

Which one is healthier for your battery in the long run?

slow charging is better long term.
Rapid charging produces heat, and excessive heat is bad for Lithium batteries.

Although I've heard this too, I'm not 100% sure it's true. However, even if it's only a small chance, I won't do it. A regular charger is good enough for me. This charger https://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-...872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT actually charges very fast for a regular charger. It has Smart IQ tech that will automatically give the most amps a device can accept. I get about 1% charge every 1min 20 seconds. Fast enough for me.
 
Thanks for your insights on this, the thing is I don't intend to use this phone more than 18 months at the most but I don't want to loose more than 20% of the battery capacity at the end of that time using the included charger, in fact I like a lot the fast charge ability but if a steady charger won't compromise the battery capacity, I may consider using that charger all the time.
