Still awaiting delivery..

Ok, so I ordered a white P6 Pro on the 24th of October from Google store UK for my wife's Xmas gift but it's still not here. The 1st delivery date was around the end of November but its been getting put off for weeks now, the latest date being January 4th. I have spoken to Google on 2 occasions, firstly on about the 17th of December and was promised delivery early Xmas week. Nothing arrived so I phoned again on the 22nd and they promised delivery by the 24th of Dec and gave me £20 credit on my store account. Anyone else, especially in the UK, had problems like this or are there many in the same boat? Thanks, David.
