Still getting no update for this device.

I did a factory reset and have gotten rid of that "connection failed, check internet connectivity" crap, but just get told there is no update for my device. Does anyone know if ASUS put the patch on hold due to the dock bug with SD card or what? Has anyone received the JB update within the last 24 hours?
