Over the htc one or any other phone you held out from? I know I sure am.... This is the best phone I've ever had.

While I can't comment fully on this since I am still on the S3 I can say the S4 and HTC One have me torn. The S4 definitely has that comfort zone for me so it is drawing me in :P.

YES! I still miss the sexy body of the One but other than that the S4 is fantastic and I learn something new every day.

I am glad I went with the So. I just wish the lag wasn't so bad. It takes away from that awesome Galaxy experience.

Actually, I questioned selling my Note 2 and upgrading the S4 because like my it looks like an S3. It didn't help that I bought the hTc One.

When I picked it up Monday, I was amazed and loved it.

Part of me was mad that I didn't opt for the Exynos 5 Octa version to begin with. There's something about having an A15 in a phone that just seems like complete overkill, but the battery life efficiency was my main concern. Having the AT&T version now, I'm actually glad I didn't pay for the Octa version. The Snapdragon 600 handles LTE really well and I've been extremely pleased with battery life. In fact, when I read people making comparisons in favor of the One when it comes to battery life (removable battery notwithstanding), I'm surprised. I've used both phones for almost the same amount of time now and even in it's first few charge cycles, the S4 was a clear winner.

As it pertains to exchanging the One for the S4, as I did, I'm not regretting it at all. You can easily make an argument for the One being a better phone, but there's some key things that I expect from a phone that the S4 achieves. The only drawback so far? The stutter in Touchwiz as a result of choosing to go with 4.2.2 and not fixing the transition animations that have plagued other Touchwiz devices. Thankfully, this is all software issues that can be fixed via an update and not hardware issues that I'd have to return the phone for.

Now I am really torn, LG Optimus G Pro (aka GN2 but better specs) GS4 or HTC One. Not so sure about the Optimus G Pro given LG's history of updates or lack there of. The S4 would have been in my hand already and I have little doubt I would be happy but no 32GB so I am waiting. Ultimately it may come down to the Optimus G Pro vs HTC One, IF, the 32GB S4 doesn't arrive.

Seriously? The screen alone is worth it IMO.
I currently have an S2 from work, upgraded from the S3 (still active) for the S4, and honestly, in side by side comparisons, not seeing a huge difference.
I'm still trying to fall in love with it.

To each his own. I gave my youngest daughter my S3 and comparing the 2 side by side really shows how improved the S4 screen is.

Not at all regretting my purchase coming from the One X. I love this phone. The G Pro has me intrigued but not enough to put this down... ill save a 5.5 screen for another year. Gradual increase or youll max out regrettably early. I like being able to look forward to a larger screen. The G Pro and Note 2 are pretty much at max for a phone IMO.

I'm still torn between this and the HTC One. I have a loaner S4. If I stay with the S4 I will get one on Verizon but I don't have that option with the HTC One. I'm really unhappy with the lag and nothing I do seems to help. I also prefer the HTC one screen, build quality, amount of usable memory, and Sense over Touchwiz. I do like the size of the screen on the S4 even though its barely bigger than the One. I will probably just wait and see what is announced at Google I/O. A 32 GB Verizon Nexus would do it for me but I don't really expect it to happen despite the rumors.
Personally I think both Samsung and HTC should give you a stock Android option and go from there but that isn't going to happen.

I'm within the two week return period for the HTC One. But I sure love that phone, so it's going to take a lot for the S4 to pry it out of my hands. I'll be hitting Best Buy up this weekend to take a closer look. It all boils down to personal preference. Both are great phones.

Debating between the s4 and the HTC One is a good problem to have. Whatever choice you make is the right one of you ask me. Both phones run on android, which I love. Both phones have beautiful screens, which I love. Finally, both phones have the ability to customize to your liking. Don't like Sense or Touchwiz, bam, download a third party launcher. In the end, it comes down to a matter of comfort and preference.

Came in from iPhone....sure the gs4 has its little issues, but already feel like I am going to have a hard time looking back. I reaaally like this phone.
