I've done all the things you've suggested, hard reset 6 times so far, called Verizon, they said take to the store. Took it to the store, they said there was nothing they could do. I've gotten the new Market app, so you would think I'd have the new software. Strange... By the way, this is my second I2, I sold the first one to try a TMobile MyTouch, lasted only for a day. No signal, shocking! Anyway, with the first I2, I got the update the night it was released, that's why I'm so confused about this one not getting the update.
