Still having a problem with cpu android os usage...

Okay so I am on my 3rd factory reset and still I have this problem and it is clearly linked with my very poor battery... What do I do now? I don't want to do another reset bc I know it won't work...

Do you have wifi turned on? Mine is connected to my home wifi and it keeps scanning over and over again. Others have mentioned they saw this also and that is probably the culprit to the battery drain.

Right now I do. But I use it... So should I just use 3G?
