Still on November 2018 security patch

AT&T model here. What security patch date is everyone else on? Any chance that they are just holding out for the P update?

I'm still in November. I went to you break it I fix it and they loaded what they had for the newest software and it was still November. and then tried sideloading I just want to know and got stuck in a bootloop for a day had to go back and have them reload November. do you break it I fix it is a Samsung authorized service center

Verizon has my Note 9 and 8 on December's, not sure what date I installed it but it was before Christmas on both.

I checked about 4:30 PM, AT&T Locked and still got "Your Software is up to date" here in Southeastern Massachusetts (still on November ARJA). I'll check it again tomorrow evening - I'll wait until around 6:00 PM to make sure I've cleared the 24 hour clock thing!
