Still "Registered" for Duo.

On the play store you could register for Allo and Duo once they came out. Now that Duo is apparently available I don't understand why I am not able to download it and use it.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Running a 6P with Nougat DP5.

it's rolling out progressively, so it may not be available right away for everyone. You can always sideload the apk
