Still unable to mount System/App RW Help please.

So I've tried everything out there on the forum and other forums for mounting my system/app folder as rw and pushing apk(s).
I always end up with a permission denied or system dir read only error.

Can anyone lay out a script for me to follow from start to finish for mounting and pushing "X" application to system/app?

Much appreciated.

Running AB V4.1.1 and am obviously therefore rooted.

I use root explorer, have u tried that app?
