stock app group message not receiving

I'm group chatting with iPhone users and I sometimes receive messages and sometimes I don't... when I don't I never receive them.... They never come.

I have tried to talk to Google and they kept talking about Google+ chat which is not what I need!
Again I am working on the stock app that came with my phone! And I have upped the message memory to 400
