like the title says... The stock app "My Music" does not recognize ALL album art on my MP3s. It did this back when I had Droid X too. So I been using PowerAMP since 2010. Awesome App!!!!
But i was playing with my stock apps to see if Motorola actually got some brains in their engineering dept since 2010 and now when they made RAZR/RAZR MAXX. My Music can now grab album art is says.. cool.. about time!!! Awesome!!! I buy some MP3s on Amazon if I want 100000% sound quality. But most I download "unethically", like mp3skull. So Album art is an issue sometimes.
Well... needless to say.. There is still no brains. My Music doesnt even grab Amazon.com MP3 bought album art...... though it claims it grabs art... omg.... So i thought it needed to download the art.. it might take time.. So I kept My Music opened for 3 hours... still nada... nothing downloaded.......
so... I used Windows Media Player to get my album art. Resync to RAZR... only like 2-3 albums get art now.
So, i googled freeware computer app "MP3Tag v2.5". Love this app!!! Redid ALL my Album art per Amazon.com tags and art... RESYNC.. well, My Music saw it and now 75% of my music library has art. (Google Music now has 100% art now---lol)... and 2 Amazon.com MP3s still dont have art, even though Amazon's Song ID code is still in the tag.... omg.... come on Motorola... I only synced 48 songs!!!!!!!!!! just my playlist!
So.. I google again to see if anyone has fixes... I was advised about "MP3 tag editor" and "Cover Art Downloader" apps for the phone... ok... i guess... ill give it a try... well... Thanks to "MP3Tag v2.5" on my computer, both of these apps says there is no album art to download and all music tags are up to date... LMFAO.... aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
So... anyone.. explain to me why stock "My Music" app STILL DOENST grab all album art?????? LOL Anyone??? LOL
