Stock Epic 4G Touch CHARGER - Haywires the screen!!!

I'm wondering if anyone is experiencing this, if there's a fix or if it's a known issue...or explanation! When I plug the Samsung charger that came with the phone to charge the Epic 4G Touch up...when the charging cable is still in; the screen doesn't respond to my touches and flicks.

As soon as I unplug the charger though..everything goes back to normal. I f

Yep... it's known. Something to do with the voltage in the cable. Try another USB cord....

yes and it's like that with alot of chargers I too noticed this issue and when I went to sprint they said it was happening to their personal ones as well.. But I'm currently using a usb charger of Verizon brand and I'm experiencing no lags no hiccups at all. That samsung charger sucks
