Ok, not that i dont like the stock keyboard, but i like to have options. What is your favorite keyboard and is it available on the appstore?

My only problem is in portrait mode, I'm always missing the spacebar and hitting the arrow keys. Very annoying. Haven't found a replacement keyboard that has the awesomely big buttons of the stock one on the evo.

I'm gonna search for it but I came across a keyboard app that makes certain keys wider depending on the word you're trying to type.

I'm loving the large Evo keyboard as well, but I'm experiencing the same problem in portrait by hitting the arrow keys instead of the space bar. It's getting slightly fun-annoying. I too am searching and waiting for keyboard suggestions.

I wish HTC would have just tucked those arrow keys away on another page, or at least left us an option to do that. I love the keyboard otherwise.

What I really hate is that their calibration tool has it perfect - but the real keyboard doesn't.

Betterkeyboard and smart keyboard both look like possible alternatives, but it would be nice to be able to demo them before I start pouring money into different ones that I might not like.

I like the stock keyboard, I'm currently using swype. Got two alternatives, stock and SlideIT.
