Stock Rooted, How to unroot please?

I am stock rooted using the first method on May 24th.

I have super SU installed where I tried using the Unroot function and it seemed to work?

When I tried to apply the OTA update 1.22.651.3 it fails about half way and the screen icon shows the red triangle with exclamation.

What am I doing wrong?

Do I need to install 1.22.651.3 before being able to download the latest OTA to install?

I would just to be safe. but why are you flashing the ota when the full rom is available pre rooted and how are you flashing this in recovery or bootloader? Did you unlock your bootloader or are you still locked? And be advised I'd you want true s-off in the future you may be sol if you flash this

thanks for your response. I am very very green at this and do not understand much. I read many forum posts but still very confused.
I am not unlocked.
I used the simple root method when the LTE was first released.
I have no recovery installed?
I do not have any knowledge about bootloader.
I used to use Rom Manager on my EVO 4G. That was easy to me. Now with the LTE and what seems like so many methods out there, I am completely stumped.
I would like to just stay stock and not worry about root for now.
Any more help would serve me well. Thanks again.
