Stock tether app for VZW HTC ONE?

I think I may have posted to the wrong part of the forum earlier, so I'll do it again here.

I rooted my Verizon HTC one last night, and I'm looking for a way to hack the stock hotspot. I've been using FoxFi for a month or so, but I'd really like to use the stock toggle to activate the hotspot.

I previously owned a RAZR Max, and I was at to use Sql Lite to disable the entitlement check. Is there a similar procedure available for this phone?
