Stolen phone question

My granddaughter had her note3 stolen at the shopping mall a few days ago. She called Verizon and they deactivated the phone and of course blacklisted it.

She's looking to get a new phone probably at swappa.com. Will she be able to keep her phone number?

I believe she will be able to keep her phone number. You might also find a good deal over here in the Marketplace as well.

Sorry to hear that. She can keep her number. You would need to get a new sim from Verizon
