stop and clear data application shortcut

everytime I need to go in settings to stop and clear a certain app
is it possible to make some sort of shortcut so I can start and clear data from the "desktop"

If you want to clear the app cache only you could use an app like App Cache Cleaner, for convenience. I'm not sure if there's an easy way to automatically Clear Data, though, because you'd have to bypass the warning that has to come up each time (that you may lose settings or other personal data). You could probably program Tasker to do it, but I've never tried it myself.
