Stop bluetooth from hi-jacking my phone calls.

So I want to use bluetooth in my car but mainly for playing my music... even text notifications or phone call notifications. What I don't want to do EVER is actually TALK to someone on bluetooth. It simply sounds horrible on any device.
So if I'm on a phone call and I start my car how do I prevent the call from being pulled over to bluetooth... or if I'm driving and I make a call the same...
I know I can press the bluetooth icon on the screen to shut it off afterwards but I don't want it to go to bluetooth at all for a phone call.

Thanks, I was trying that but my problem was I was checking the setting while NOT connected to bluetooth.
I had to connect to the vehicle then make the change.
