Stop "picking default" email app - how?

I use multiple e-mail apps for different addresses, however, the new S7 insists on setting the default to whatever app I shared via email last, and then I have to go undo that (clear the default) in order to use a different e-mail app (e.g. Gmail vs Yahoo). How do I stop it from doing this?

Welcome to the forums. This is the way Samsung set up defaults. You can get an app called better open with on Play. Then you can clear all your defaults and set Better open with as the default. The app will then allow you to choose what app you want to open with.
