stop the hepatic feedback

I have the hepatic feedback unchecked, also have the vibration box unchecked and the vibration intensity is set to 0.
but still when I receive calls or snooze or cancel the alarm or when i am editing home screen icons the vibration won't stop no matter what I do.
This started 2 days back.
I have tried a soft reset as well it didn't work.
Please help.
