Stop the Keyboard popup and also the 38 times I was notified I had 38 emails??????????

Now folks I think that Lollypop is cool, and very colorful. What did it really fix ,Really ? I have been complaining about the keyboard popup since I got this phone. Now lets talk about this Notifications, Everytime you turn the phone on here she comes (Ah you have 38 emails and I have heard this 328,000 times and do not want to ever hear it again .Please fix it.
