Stop vibrate notification for email

Hi, I am new. I can't turn off the vibrate notification for email. I have my default notification set to silent. I also have added Lite Flow to stop it with no success. I am constantly getting email and my phone vibrates during meetings and throughout the day. The only way I can stop it is to silence my phone, but then I get no notifications. I am starting to hate this phone. Someone help me please. :'(
