storage display 13 gb in picture while total only I0 gb available?

why storage display 13 gb in picture..... but total only 10gb and 5-6gb still free..
what s wrong? :(

Seems glitchy... no way is there 13gb of pictures or videos on 10gb of storage...

~swyped from a galaxy (note 2) far far away
