My internal memory was full and I wanted to transfer data from phone to card. But my phone does not show separately phone internal memory and external memory. Rather when I go in file browser to transfer data it only shows external card's memory named as "Internal memory". So there is no actual internal card shown in my Mobile. How can I transfer data.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you format the card as Internal Storage (aka Adoptable Storage)? If so, the card is regarded as part of the device's internal storage by the system. This allows you to install more apps on the device, but there are downsides as well, one of them being that the implementation of this feature isn't always smooth.

What Android version is the device running?

Yes u are correct , but I am unable to install apps from play store . It says internal storage full. Whereas my card still has 10 GB left. I am unable to identify media files as well so that I can move those files also to my memory card.
