Sort of confused here...
What forces an app to be installed my "SD Card" compared to on the phone itself? Many application I have are "On SD Card" but this is not actually my SD card in the phone as mine is only 2GB whereas the storage at the bottom of the "On SD Card" screen states that I have 9.5GB free.
Needless to say, I'm confused. Where do I go to change how pictures, music, etc is stored on the phone? They really attempt to confused the crap out of you with this storage. "USB" "SD Card" when neither represent what they actually are...
