I just noticed on my Sprint Galaxy S4 when I look into storage I see that System Memory which is The minimum amount of storage space required to run the system is at 6.28GB is that normal?

Edit: Yes. That's normal since you get 9.72 GB storage available for usage out of the box

Yep! 6.28GB is the standard reserved system size on the S4.
