At first this was only affecting new files, but after following suggestions in another thread (force stop/clear data on Gallery, Media Manager, and player apps) all music and images from sd card are not recognized. Oddly, images on the phone (internal memory) are still there, but not the music. Samsung Galaxy Stratosphere II. Anybody have any other suggestions? Player apps are Amazon MP3, Play Music, and Music Player. I had previously tried installing some new players to resolve the music issue but it persisted. All show in the file system and are playable/viewable.
Update: a little patience and everything returned. However, new files are still not showing up, at least not right away.
