Storing Photos & SD Card plus Facebook App

Guidance, please . . .

I want pictures I snap with my N7 to store on Google Photos and the SD card in my phone. I do not fancy the Gallery.

Is that possible? If so, kindly tell me what settings need to be changed.

Also, the Facebook application goes to Gallery when I try to post a photo. Is there a way to have it default to Photo?

I am guessing the Gallery is a Samsung feature. I did not have it on my Nexus 6 - although I resize the Nexus was a Google driven device across the the board.

You can disable the gallery app with package disabler pro. It should then ask you which app to use for those tasks and you can select photos
