Montecito Woven case for Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

Just a heads up - this is a nice "looking" case.
Do not buy this case for your note 8. The magnetic clasp is very weak. After my dealings with the company (this is my first and last) I suggest stay away - their return policy is - buyer beware, they say because it's custom made.....they all are, because they do not have them "off the shelf", therefore you cannot get a refund!

I have the Story Leather back case (custom made) in the Croc pattern (Coffee color) and it is great! They absolutely do have a disclaimer that states that all custom orders are non-refundable.
 
It's clearly stated that you can't get a refund on something custom and now you want to return it for a refund and are upset and telling everyone NOT to order one? Makes perfect sense.

EVERY case for note 8 must be "custom" ordered as there are NO off the shelf cases, period. Hardly a "custom" status, more a "ploy" status. You go to buy a new car...but there are none on the showroom floor....all must be "custom made" but unfortunately on "custom made" car there is no warranty. You buy one but find out one door doesn't close properly! Too bad? I don't think so....but the dealer told you there was no warranty as you custom ordered it! You'd be just thrilled I'm sure. You've never heard of consumer rights? If a product is defective then consumer is within rights to expect a refund. Buyer beware. I'm not saying their cases aren't beautiful...just that if one with imperfections or faults gets through then customer should have a full refund or replacement. Maybe consumer laws in your country are different.
