You should be able to use Samsung Kies to update the phone to the latest firmware.

Samsung Kies, Free Download Kies 3, Latest PC Suite, Mobile Software, Window 7 PC

If itguyjax8430's suggestion does not work, you can download the stock Samsung firmware for your model of phone, CSC and Product codes and flash it to your phone by carefully following the instructions and video in the links of #1.11 of 41 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide
