Possibly the wrong place for this but just wanted to share with everyone:
I have the HTC One (2013) model and just recently switched to Straight Talk AT&T sim.
Originally I couldn't get MMS to work but data and SMS worked fine.
I tried the usual APN settings and things as found all over the internet but I just couldn't get it to work.
Then I remembered that there was an update for the AT&T HTC One back in June (I believe) so I checked on the phone and the update was there, applied the update, let it do its thing and when it came back to life it was updated and MMS was working. I confirmed by sending and receiving MMS with a friend.
So my advice if you are suffering this issue would be to check your about information and confirm that you have the most recent software. Seems to have worked for me!
