Strange app found - what is it?

I found a strange APP on my nexus 7 as shown in the picture below.

I did not find it on the app list and could not search in the web because it is written in kanji.

Does anyone know what is it?
Can it be a malware?

You should be able to pull the list down from the icons at top of nexus then hold your finger on that app till a popup menu appears listing app info. Select that to find out what the app is and uninstall if needed.

It's the google/android chinese keyboard, isn't it?

It is not on the App list. I found it on titanium backup list and I'm not sure if it is an app or a process.
I tried to run it without sucess.
At titanium backup menu there is no relevant info about it.
Here is a more complete view of what is happening.

Maybe it can be. Not sure if it is chinese or japanese kanji.
I could not translate it.

If I go into manage apps there is an app there with that icon called Google pinyin. It is a foreign language keyboard I believe.

Yes its the Chinese Pinging keyboard
You type using western letters and eventually it builds the word into a Chinese Character.
