strange behavior Calendar-->Gmail-->Outlook

So I'm having a strange problem with syncing my calendar.

I'm using EVO calendar to Google calendar and Google Calendar Sync v.0.9.3.5 with Outlook 2003

The process works like this

EVO <--> Google Calendar <--> Google Calendar Sync <--> Outlook 2003

Now when I add a calendar event to outlook it will sync fine with google calendar and then google calendar syncs fine with the EVO.

When I add an event to my google calendar the event will sync fine with outlook and sync fine with the EVO.

When I add an event to my EVO calendar it seems to sync fine with the google calendar. HOWEVER, when that event that originated from the EVO goes from google calendar to calendar sync to outlook it never shows up in the calendar. The only record I see of it is immediately in my Deleted Items folder. The date on the event is 12/31/1979 (obviously not the date of the event).

I've tried deleting and reinstalling everything with no luck.

Any thoughts???

I'm sure companionlink is a good program. I hope I don't have to change just for what seems to be a minor issue.

It just seems like the format of how the EVO is sending calendar info to google gets confused when google tries to send it to Outlook.

Not sure if there is anything I can do to make a quick fix.
