Strange Bluetooth Problem

I have been having what I consider a strange Bluetooth issue. I am running stock. I only use the Bluetooth for calls in the car. What occurs is this; If I make a call or receive one, the FIRST time it will not connect to the car audio. If I try again or another call comes in it connects fine.

I have not really done anything to fix this, though a factory reset has been done in the recent past for other reasons, without any improvement.
Thoughts?
