strange goings on with the s3

hi guys slight problem. using widget locker, and nova going well so far apart from one small problem. when my phone sleeps and i use the side keys to wake 9 times out of 10 i get an upside down wallpaper half screen, bottom half black, i can still unlock from here by swiping the invis padlock, (normally the padlock is visible) to the right. when this all works right its decent, but for now its driving me crazy, any idea guys ?

Some things to try:

1. Use a different wallpaper, and see if it goes away. It's possible the wallpaper is corrupt in such a way that it's causing a problem with your particular combination of software.
2. Turn off either Widget Locker or Nova, and see what happens. Then turn that one back on ,and turn off the other.

If turning off Widget Locker solves it, try removing the apps or widgets you have on the lock screen and reactivate widget locker. If that solves it, then add the apps back one at a time, until the problem recurs. That should tell you what app, or combination, is causing the issue.

Are you running Jelly Bean? There's another thread here about issues with Widget Locker on JB http://forums.androidcentral.com/samsung-galaxy-s-iii/219550-widget-locker-problem-jb.html maybe this is another compatibility issue?
