Strange home screen glitch

Hello everyone I've had my s3 for almost a month now and just today noticed a glitch or white break that occur with the contact widgets on my home screen when I scroll to the next screen they aren't a big deal and I'm hoping it's all software but the concern that it maybe the screen is there and I wanted to get people's thoughts and experience before I even bother sending it back because if it is a software only glitch I can find a fix or just wait for a ota and hopefully that fixes it, however if it's a screen defect.... well yeah.... so please let me know what you guys think and if any of you experience this Anomaly as well I'll attach a picture showing the issue described above

Does it do that after a phone restart?

Seems to be consistent even after a reboot seems to be just the white backgrounds causing this
