Strange line on my screen (SOLVED)

On my new Galaxy Tab A7 I've noticed that down in the corner there is a small white line. Wasn't sure what this was until I turned my tablet and saw a little tiny rotate icon appear. I have screen rotation turned off so that I can have the screen locked in landscape mode. I'm assuming this is a little icon to switch the screen when you turn it (a new feature maybe?). I couldn't find anything about this on Google so I thought I'd ask here. You can see in the attached picture I drew a red arrow to the little line I'm talking about. This line will disappear if I get it into portrait mode so it only appears in landscape mode.

I'm just wondering if this is supposed to be there or if it can be removed?

Does it move to next home page if you swipe over or in the app drawer you see it ?

Nothing happens if you swipe up from that area, right?

Nope nothing happens when I swipe up except of course my app drawer opening. If I swipe to the next screen it's still there.

Try safe mode if its still there , your not running a 3rd party launcher?

Try safe mode if its still there , your not running a 3rd party launcher?

No, just the stock Samsung.

Tried safe mode and the line is still there.

Yes, but I have most of them turned off.

If you go into settings >displsy>navigation bat can change

That doesn't affect the line. It's still there.

I don't know how deep you want go with this , because I can give few suggestions including factory reset but other settings also lol.

Well I don't want to get too carried away. I don't imagine it's a default of the tablet so it must be something related to an app or maybe system setting.
